Cancellation Policy & Terms

1. Cancellation Charges (Based on Days Before Travel)

• 60+ days before travel → 10% cancellation charge
• 45–30 days before travel → 20–25% charge
• 30–15 days before travel → 50% charge
• 15–10 days before travel → 75% charge
• Less than 10 days / No show → 100% charge (No refund)

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 7–30 working days after cancellation.
• Service charges and booking fees are non-refundable.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Important Cancellation Rules

• Cancellation must be done in writing (email/WhatsApp)
• Date of cancellation = date request received
• Airline/train tickets follow separate policies

Package Policy & Terms

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full payment must be made before departure.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Guests must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar,Voter Passport, etc.).
• For restricted areas (e.g., Sikkim, Arunachal), permits are mandatory.
• Travelink is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documents.

3. Accommodation

Family wise room will be provided on Double sharing &triple sharing basis.

Triple Bed Room will be allotted as Double Bed with extramattress on floor or Triple Bed (if available).

·         Child 5 yrs. to below 12 yrs. per head cost : 20% Less.

·         Child 3 yrs. to below 5 yrs. per head cost : 40% Less.

4.  Seating & Room Allocation Policy

During the tour, seating arrangements in vehicles (car, bus, train) and room allocation in hotels will be

managed entirely by Travelink for operational efficiency and guest comfort.Priority will be given in the following order:

1. Senior Citizens (60+ years)
2. Middle Age Group (45–59 years)
3. Younger Travelers

Allotments are subject to availability and may be adjusted as per tour requirements.

5. Changes & Modifications

• Itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or operational reasons.
• Hotels & transport may be replaced with similar category options if unavailable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Travelink acts as a service coordinator (hotels, transport, etc.).
• Not liable for:
• Natural calamities
• Political disturbances
• Accidents / delays / strikes
• Liability lies with the respective service providers.

7. Force Majeure

• No refund for cancellations due to:
• Landslides / floods / pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Alternative dates or credit notes may be offered.

8. No Show Policy

• No refund for:
• Late arrival
• Early departure
• Unused services

9. Pricing Policy

• Rates may change due to:
• Fuel price increase
• Hotel tariff revision
• Government tax changes
• Additional cost must be borne by the customer.

10. Special State Conditions

You can add this line (very important for your website):

• North East (Sikkim, Arunachal): Some areas are non-refundable after booking.
• Himalayan Regions (Ladakh, Himachal, Uttarakhand): Weather-based itinerary changes possible
• Wildlife Zones Safari bookings are non-refundable
